Alex and Tommy eloped at Pretty Place Chapel at sunrise on a perfect April day!
When Alex first came across photos and videos of the chapel, she said she was so moved by how beautiful it was and knew she wanted to get married there. She and Tommy planned this whole trip in about three weeks. They chose my friend Eric to be their officiant, which made me so happy.
It was still completely dark at the chapel when we arrived that morning. As I moved between the getting-ready areas and the main chapel, I saw the sky becoming more and more colorful each time. Alex still wanted to do a first look with Tommy, so she didn’t see the beautiful sunrise until she and Tommy were both ready. They took a minute between the first look and the ceremony to just look at the stunning place we had to ourselves.
After the ceremony and taking some photos at the chapel, Alex changed into a more comfortable dress and we took some photos at Hôtel Domestique, where they were staying. It was a quiet morning and the view of the fountains with the mountains in the background was so pretty. After we wrapped up, they headed to Topsoil for a brunch for two.
