Elope at Riversong Grove in the South Carolina Mountains

Want to elope in the mountains in South Carolina? Riversong Grove is a great option!

This is a tiny house Airbnb right off of US-276 in northern Greenville County with a beautiful view of Raven Cliff Mountain. If you bring your binoculars, you can see the Caesars Head overlook. This is also an easy place to stay overnight if you’re planning to go to Pretty Place Chapel.

If you’re into hiking, you can access the trail to Moonshine Falls and Confusion Falls. This is a moderate 1.5 mile hike and you don’t have to cross a cable, like you would from the regular access point.

Also, this is a dog-friendly rental! Your dog can stay in the house with you and be part of your elopement ceremony. Read more here about bringing your dog to your elopement!

For this styled shoot, we had a fantasy theme. There was lots of color in the desserts, florals, and drinks. I brought bubbles and we had some fun taking couple portraits with them. The clouds were low, giving a really cool foggy effect over the tops of the mountains. We had fun sharing stories about our mountain adventures, fandoms, and musicals we like.

Ready for the best day ever?

My name is Christine (Scott) Gow and I’m an elopement photographer based out of Greenville, South Carolina. I’m a wife and a beagle mom. The three of us have visited beautiful places in every corner of South Carolina, to include all 48 of our state parks. We love finding new outdoor places to visit, but we also love hanging out on the couch and watching Pixar movies.

One thing I love about South Carolina is that it’s not just the beaches and colorful houses that you imagine when you picture it. Whether you’re looking for mountains, beaches, or anything in between; I can help you find the perfect place for the two of you and make it as smooth of a day as possible. No matter how you two choose to spend your day, I’m happy you’re doing it the way that you want.

I can’t wait to meet you!
